  • Carenet pregnancy center

CareNet Pregnancy Center of Southern Maryland offers support to women who are facing an unplanned pregnancy. LBC supports CareNet financially through our budget and through a coin collection drive around Mother's Day and Father's Day. We also encourage members to work as volunteers with CareNet as they are led by the Lord.

  • Children EVANGELIsm Fellowship

Child Evangelism Fellowship is a Bible-centered organization composed of born-again believers whose purpose is to evangelize boys and girls with the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ and to establish (disciple) them in the Word of God and in a local church for Christian living.

CEF has many different ministries for children, but the primary ones are the Good News Club and the 5-Day Club.

LBC financially supports our local CEF chapter and we encourage LBC members to work as volunteers in Good News Clubs held in area elementary schools.

Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) is an international sports-based Christian ministry that desires to use the influence of coaches and athletes to spread the Gospel.

  • The Mission

The Mission is a local Christian outreach that seeks to spread the Gospel by ministering to our community in practical ways. This faith-based ministry offers showers to the homeless, a food pantry, clothing, job placement, and computer training. The Mission recently acquired a new facility that will require substantial renovation. LBC will be supporting this renovation financially and through service opportunities.
