We are so glad you are planning a visit to Leonardtown Baptist Church and its Children's Ministries! We hope this page will provide you with all of the information and resources you may need to make your visit enjoyable!

It is our goal to create a safe and loving environment in which the children and youth entrusted to our care are able to learn about the character of God, discover biblical truth, and learn what it means to follow Jesus Christ. Want to learn more about our Protection Policy for Children and Youth? Please find it here.

The Child Check In Desk is located just inside our main entrance. Enter the building through the large set of glass doors and check in with the individual at the desk.

Behind the desk you will find many free parenting resources that are available to you.  Please take a minute to check out what is there when you visit.

Name tags

All children in Kindergarten and younger will receive a name tag which will give the caregivers the following information:

*Child's Name

*Activity (nursery, Jr. Church, Pre-K classroom, Kindergarten classroom)

*Food allergies
*Pick up Number

If your child has an allergy to food, we will list the food or foods on the name tag.  In addition, we will add a red circular sticker to the name tag. This red sticker is a visual alert to our caregivers that there is a food allergy.

The pick up number listed on your child's tag will match a tag that you are given.  You will want to present your tag to the caregiver when picking up your child at the end of the activity.

If you enjoyed your visit and think you may return again, please consider filling out our Children's Ministries Registration Form (FOUND HERE).  This form will allow us to enter your child's information into our database and then print out name tags and   pick-up tickets each time you come to church.  Our computer generated name tags include all of the same information as the ones shown above.

Your completed form may be given to the individual at the Child Check In Desk or turned into the church office.
