Senior Adults

Our Goal

“Imitate me, as I also imitate Christ.” (1 Corinthians 11:1, CSB)

Paul is telling the Corinthians to follow his example of living, as he has followed Christ's. Paul saw himself as a leader to the Christians in Corinth, and wanted to live a life that they could imitate. He believed, as we do, that it was his responsibility to help others grow as disciples, shepherding each other and younger generations in what it means to follow Christ.

Our Senior Adult ministry is a thriving community that continues to seek the peace and joy only found in a relationship with Jesus Christ as one of His followers. We gather together several times a year to share a meal and hear practical advice given from a chosen speaker. We serve one another’s needs and encourage each other in our faith. We also have a special ministry called GRACE that makes sure everyone is looked after and cared for both physically and spiritually. While we are currently still seeking our ministry identity, we will faithfully pray over this decision and seek God's guidance.
